In 1986 when Joe Krause started this firm he felt he would need to start a stock plan portfolio with the latest designs and concept ideas that would attract clients to his firm. Now with almost 20 years under his belt, Joe has developed over six-hundred stock plans and versions of those stock plans ranging from single car garages and twelve hundred sq ft. modest homes to that luxurious eight-thousand sq. ft. home of your dreams…
 Speaking of homes of your dreams, from 1993 when approached by a local builder to design a Georgian style home in West Linn which was later added as our 4047-jk into our stock plan portfolio, to currently in 2005… (stay tuned this years Street of Dreams it opens in July) Joe has designed seven Street of Dreams homes including Best in Show in 1993, 1994, 2001 and 2004 and continues to stay an industry leader as a Residential Architect in the greater Portland area.
